Laura Ann Reed, a San Francisco Bay Area native whose work as been published in the UK, Ireland, Canada, and the USA, taught modern dance and ballet at the University of California, Berkeley prior to her role as Leadership Development trainer at the Environmental Protection Agency. Now retired, she lives with her husband in the Pacific Northwest. Her poetry has been included in seven anthologies as well as in numerous literary journals. Her debut chapbook, Shadows Thrown, was published in 2022.
